Before filmmaking, Jodie built a successful career in content development and real estate marketing, crafting audience-focused stories and managing projects with high accountability. That experience sharpened her instincts for pacing, tone, audience psychology, and clear communication — skills she seamlessly transitioned into her work in film.

A graduate of Full Sail University’s MFA in Film Production program, Jodie has served as a director, screenwriter, and assistant director on numerous narrative projects, developing a collaborative reputation built on precision, empathy, and intentional leadership. Whether she is guiding performances, coordinating production logistics, or strengthening story structure on the page, Jodie brings a steady presence and a genuine care for every collaborator and every character.
